Polka Dot Twill Skirt Rose

This soft cotton twill skirt features an all-over polka-dot print. It has an adjustable elastic waistband with a faux snap and a mock fly at the front. Belt loops are set into the waistband. The skirt includes front pockets, a back yoke, and back patch pockets.
