Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for worn, washed, or damaged items.

Refunds

All refunds are issued as store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a store credit code equal to the item’s value, redeemable online at thelittlelabels.com.

Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

As we’re currently online only, direct exchanges are not available.

If you’d like a different item, simply return your original order for store credit, then place a new order using your credit code.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@thelittlelabels.com within 3 days of receiving it.

Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts & Gift Vouchers

If you received an item as a gift, you’ll be issued a store credit for the value of the returned item once it’s received and approved.

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online at thelittlelabels.com. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Additional Notes

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only — no cash refunds.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Please ensure returns are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
